“PATRAS ERGODYNAMICS ATTE”<\/strong> was founded in 1993 under the name ” ERGODYNAMIKI PATRAS ATE – ANONYMOUS TECHNICAL DESIGN – CONSTRUCTION – BUSINESS COMPANY “<\/strong> (1665\/13-5-93) The founder and main shareholder of the company was Mr. Nikolaos Athanasopoulos, Civil Engineer T.E., who has been active in the field of Technical Works as a contractor since 1968.\u00a0<\/p>

From 1993 to the present day, the company has the participation and key executives of his sons, Georgios Athanasopoulos and Efstathios Athanasopoulos, both civil engineers.<\/p>

The Board of Directors of the company is as follows:<\/p>

1. Athanasopoulos Georgios, Chairman of the Board & Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive Member of the Board of Directors.
2. Athanasopoulos Efstathios , Vice President, Executive member of the Board.
3. Nanopoulou Konstantina, Consultant and executive member of the Board.
4. Arvanitis Nikolaos, Independent Management Consultant non-executive member of the Board of Directors.
5. Stefanou Athanasios, Independent Management Consultant non-executive member of the Board of Directors.<\/p>

The company is based in Patras (198 Diodorou) and according to article 4 of the articles of association, the company’s purpose is :<\/p>

  1. The undertaking and execution of all types of public or private technical works, public utility organization at home or abroad, for which a special diploma is required for Public Works Contractors, as well as private such .<\/li>
  2. The undertaking and execution of all kinds of studies, studies, supervision and research.<\/li><\/ol>

    “ERGODYNAMIKI PATRON S.A.” <\/strong>has evolved into one of the largest construction companies in Greece.<\/p>

    The company’s contractor’s degree is 5th class, the company has a Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008, Environmental Management according to ISO 14001:2004, Health & Safety Management System according to ISO 14001:2004, Health & Safety Management System according to ISO 14001:2004. Occupational Health and Safety Management OHSAS 18001, Road Safety Management ISO 39001:2012, Anti-Bribery Management ISO 37001:2016 and ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management System.<\/p>

    It has executed and is executing large and complex technical projects, always within the time schedules, employs qualified personnel for the construction of technical projects and owns a number of engineering equipment (specialized and non-specialized) for the construction of infrastructure projects.<\/p>
